This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect for us. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the manager. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were excellent. The rooms, though small, had everything we needed, including microwaves and cutlery. We also appreciated the availability of towels and a wide beverage selection.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the mattresses. They could have been more comfortable, but it didn't greatly affect our overall experience.

The towels were clean and were replaced daily. The room was equipped with all the basic facilities including a microwave and coffee maker. The hotel was located in a quiet area with easy access to public transportation and restaurants nearby.
The bed was too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on which made it difficult to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was not very helpful in providing information about the local area and seemed disinterested in helping guests with basic requests.

The room was spotless and well equipped. the staff was kind enough to provide a tooth kit at the reception and we had a steady supply of clean towels. the location was peaceful, free from the usual city noise. We were only a couple of blocks away from a main street that had a variety of food choices for breakfast and dinner. the room also had a shower that had excellent water pressure and helped us unwind after a tiring day of sightseeing.
The hotel was quite far from most of the tourist destinations in the city. We had to take a bus for at least 40 minutes to get to places we wanted to see.
